Ted Kennedy, Jr.

Ted is a Partner and Member of the Health Care and Life Sciences practice of Epstein Becker Green, a national law firm. A regulatory attorney for over 20 years, Ted counsels health care companies on the legal, reimbursement, coding and coverage issues facing providers, payers and the life sciences industry. Ted has also been an active leader in health care policy and in the movement to expand equal rights and opportunities to people with disabilities, and serves as Board Chair of the American Association of People with Disabilities. Ted received a J.D. from the University of Connecticut School of Law, an M.E.S. from the Yale School of Forestry and Environmental Studies, and a B.A. from Wesleyan University. From 2015 to 2019, Ted served as State Senator in the Connecticut General Assembly.
