Diana draws upon her project management expertise to support Chairperson, President and, Chief Executive Officer John Houston’s vision for our company. Having worked with John for nearly two decades, Diana feels motivated by the work and intention that have gone into building Arvinas’ unique culture, which she believes fosters personal and professional growth.
Each day, Diana finds inspiration among her talented and supportive colleagues. She values their deep expertise and friendly personalities, which contribute to the collaborative and engaging work environment. Beyond the people, Diana has also relished having a front-row seat to the evolution and growth of Arvinas over the years. She has taken on diverse roles and has had the opportunity to see our science mature and expand from early-stage research to clinical development.
Still, Diana believes Arvinas’ most important value is community, which encompasses patients, their families, and caregivers. Looking to the future, she is proud to play a role in positively impacting their lives, bringing hope and healing to more communities worldwide.
