Ted Kennedy, Jr., J.D.
Mr. Kennedy is a Partner and Member of the Health Care and Life Sciences practice of Epstein Becker Green, a national law firm. A regulatory attorney for over 25 years, Mr. Kennedy counsels’ health care companies on the legal, reimbursement, coding and coverage issues facing providers, payers and the life sciences industry. Mr. Kennedy has also been an active leader in health care policy, the movement to expand equal rights and opportunities to people with disabilities, and serves as Board Chair of the American Association of People with Disabilities. Mr. Kennedy currently serves on the board of directors of the publicly-traded company, InnovAge Holding Corp.
Mr. Kennedy received his B.A. from Wesleyan University, an M.E.S from Yale School of Forestry and Environmental Studies, and his J.D. from the University of Connecticut School of Law. From 2015 to 2019, Ted served as State Senator in the Connecticut General Assembly.
